Jennings Local Partners with FinalForms

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with FinalForms, an online platform designed to replace traditional paper forms with a streamlined, digital experience. This transition will significantly improve efficiency and convenience for both our families and our staff.

What This Means for You

• Simplified Enrollment: Complete and sign all enrollment, back-to-school, and athletic participation forms electronically.

• Time-Saving Features: FinalForms saves your data from year to year. Information pre-populates whenever possible, so you never have to enter the same data twice.

• Easy Access: Keep an eye on your inbox for an email invitation from FinalForms. Simply follow the link to create your password and access your account.

Important Deadlines & Requirements

IMPORTANT!

Deadline: July 1st > Please complete all necessary forms through FinalForms by July 1st for any students participating in sports, clubs, or band.

For Students in Grades 6–12

Once a parent has completed their portion of the paperwork, students in grades 6–12 will receive their own forms to sign electronically. Login credentials will be sent directly to the student's school Gmail account.

Getting Started for 2026–2027

When filling out forms for the upcoming school year, you must manually switch the year within the portal:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the "My Students" page.

3. Click the big blue button at the top of the page to switch to the 2026–2027 school year.
